Professional Services Consultant Certification (PSCC)

Based on the Seven Principles of Professional Services this training has been taken by more than 10,000 consultants with more than 3,000 currently being certified at PSCC-1 or above. The PSCC is standard program for all consultants wanting to develop their ability to lead customer projects profitably. As your team continues through the 5 levels of certification they begin to mentor and lead others as Subject Matter Experts and create a myriad of important best practices. These nuggets of wisdom can also be utilized for future consultant onboarding so that your entire delivery team is providing the same level of service. The PSCC curriculum levels as follows:

Customer-facing Project Management (CFPM®)

CFPM® is unlike any other project management certification because it is built solely for the purpose of developing the skill of leading profitable customer projects. The CFPM® consists of  3 levels of content and field-based actions that will lead project managers to develop the skill of proactive leadership with 2 more levels requiring that the experienced project managers continue their field-based activities but also mentor and lead others as Subject Matter Experts. As this program continues within your organization, it collects a myriad of important best practices. These nuggets of wisdom can also be utilized for future Project Management training so that your entire delivery team is providing the same level of service. The CFPM levels of curriculum are as follows:

Support Services Principles (SSP)

The Support Services Principles has been developed to reflect the same "Sherpa" mindset of the PSCC but through the lens of quality support services and in alignment with other industry frameworks such as ITIL. The SSP looks at how support consultants can improve the ticket based service they provide paying customers and how to proactively identify issues that might hold up resolution. As your team continues through the 5 levels of certification they begin to mentor and lead others as Subject Matter Experts and create a myriad of important best practices. These nuggets of wisdom can also be utilized for future consultant onboarding so that your entire support team is providing the same level of service. The 5 levels of SSP curriculum are as follows:
